After a successful launch of his first book, Author Ashwin Sanghi launched his another book ’Chanakya chant‘. This is not a single novel but you can surely say that the author has compiled 2 books together.
One part of the story runs with the background from 2000 years ago (completely about Chanakya and Chandragupta) and another one is current politics.
Sometimes it’s not the actual story but the way it is represented is what makes you fall in love with it.
It is a completely gripping story for all the readers who love to read the politics and every one of them will get a completely different view of politics and politicians or how the whole leadership mechanism runs.
Pros of Reading ’Chanakya chant’:-
As I mentioned below this is completely written in a gripping manner, the story might irritate you after a while as you’ll get nothing but pure politics on every page you turn but you would anyway want to finish this book.
It will keep you glued on your seat because you would want to know who is going to be the next victim or who will deceive now, and to what extent they will go.
Cons of the Book:-
The book could have been made in 2 parts. it is way too long for a reader like me, who only gets an hour in a day to read.
It took me 2 months to finish this and also no separate parts between Chanakya’s Kaal and current politics is quite irritating as readers have to turn the pages back to remember what happened last.
It is quite a lengthy book and you’ll have to patient enough to get through this.
You can still rate this book as a normal read.
